Nashoba Valley Elder Care provides Professional Guardianship and Conservatorship services for elders who are no longer able to manage for themselves. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the opportunity to function at their highest level possible in the least restrictive environment. As their surrogate decision makers we: Make decisions, which reflect the least restrictive alternative by careful evaluation of all options available. Insure that our clients receive appropriate medical care, which if known, reflects their personal and/or religious beliefs. Coordinate and monitor all services. Secure our clients’ assets and make prudent financial decisions for the benefit of our clients. Manage our client’s home environment whether a house, apartment or nursing facility. Oversee their relocation, sale of property and contents when necessary.
